Division has very often been the strategy to control a people, especially when the occupied population is bigger than the occupying power. One has to look past what the media is telling in its most common platforms in order to see that this is also the case in the Gaza Strip. In no way does this excuse either members of Fatah or Hamas of the actions they are perpetrating, but one always must look beneath the surface for the root of disease. Violence is no natural state of being.
This is the Jerusalem Post's superficial perspective of what takes place in Gaza, by using the Palestinians' own language of "intifada' they are demonizing their Palestinian neighbors and solidifying their place in the annals if history as a self-destructive people that are not to be trusted, who are naturally inclined to such inter-fighting.

Israelis have more positive things to do than babysit a bunch of group that can't ever manage to take control over their own lives, build a decent state and get on with life.
Blaming Israel as you do day in and day out just doesn't lead to anywhere. Time to look more closely in your surroundings in the Gaza strip. When you see boyfriends and girl friends able to walk down the street without fear of being butchered.....then your that much closer to living in a more sane society.
As long as the Palestinians are a danger to themselves, they will not be able to handle outside relations at all. They have wrapped themselves up into an endless cycle of fraticide.
While blaming Israel may be easy....it sure fails in the logic dept.
Note for blogger KGS - it is clear from your comment that you have little understanding of the history and realities of the present day (in Palestine). Please search for Occupation 101 in youtube (it certainly woke me up ) and do a little background reading and THEN post another, hopefully more informed, comment.(this is not intended as a negative comment but a geniune interest in your comments and others that hold similar views after additional investigation.)
