Victory for BDS Campaign
A German court in Hamburg ruled Thursday February 25th that the EU would not include Israeli settlement products in an EU-Israeli duty free agreement. The ruling is based on the fact that "products originating in the West Bank do not fall within the territorial scope of the EC-Israel Agreement and do not therefore quality for preferential treatment under that agreement."
